  • Recognize that waiting for signs of deservingness often leads to missed opportunities; by acknowledging your worth, you empower yourself to seize those opportunities.

9. Supportive Focus: Achieving Goals with Words

Realize the importance of setting specific deadlines and articulating your goals to supportive individuals–say them OUT LOUD.

Build a”Power Hour” group and how setting intentions and working quietly together virtually can hold you accountable and boost productivity.

I’ve done this before with a group of solopreneurs, we all got together 1x a week to work on our goals that we “just don’t have time for!” Instead, we created time, which increased our energy and, not surprisingly our bank account too when clients started to roll in from consistent action.

Acknowledge that the power of collaboration not only enhances focus but also creates a supportive environment that fosters creativity, making the practice of laser focussing much more fun.

11. Healing: Releasing Blocks for Focus

Consider booking hands-on healing practices into your focus strategy. Reiki, Yoga, EFT, Creative Life Coaching and traditional talk therapy can release deep-seated blocks, allowing you to focus with clarity. 

  • Addressing physical and energy blockages not only enhances focus but also contributes to overall well-being, creating a harmonious balance between mind and body.
  • Top-level leaders have top-level self-care practices. Without them, they are running on empty and unable to generate time, money and energy for themselves, their companies or their teams. 

Shift from fuzzy focus to clear action.

Here you have eleven focus strategies to try on. Remember: it’s a practice, and what works for other people may not work for you. But that doesn’t mean you should stop trying.
