1. Faith and Frequency

Shifting your focus from the unknown into faith raises your frequency, opening you up to receiving. This act is the pop and drop from your Paradox Pattern into your Clear Vision. Faith keeps you elevated in the unknown, space in-between, longer. You can either drop into your existing paradox pattern of “mo money, mo problems” or pop into “mo money mo ease” and make choices from your personal essence. In episode 19, Barbara Best said that the personal essence and spider exercise were her two favorite coaching tools that we worked on together.

When you uplevel your frequency you naturally expand your energy which, in turn, allows you to laser focus on building your money mindset.

 

2. Affirmative Language: Say it Outloud

“Your thoughts are the superhighway to the spiritual world, which is where universal intelligence is hanging out, filing its nails, waiting for you to place an order.” Jen Sincero

Affirmations have a bad rap, oftentimes because people aren’t willing to believe in themselves, to practice the faith it requires to be in the unknown, and look a little silly doing it.

But here’s why it’s important: saying things out loud, ridiculous or not, sends signals to your subconscious mind.

If you say things like…

• I don’t understand money.
• I make bad choices with my money.
• I don’t have enough money.

And your subconscious believes it. Instead, practice positive money affirmations like…

• I am creating wealth.
• I am grateful for the wealth I have.
• I enjoy my wealth.
• I choose to love who I am.
• I choose to love my limitations

And nightly affirmation I say as a prayer:

• My family is healthy, wealthy and wise.

 

3. Build your Power Pack

You have gifts, and understanding taxes and investing may not be on that list, it doesn’t mean you should hide from money, instead, ask for help by building your power pack. Find people who can help you like…

• Financial advisers
• Household mangers
• Coaches
• Tax accountants
• CPA’s
• Bookkeepers
• Ellevest
• Acorns
