Let’s talk about what it looks like to create an intentional social media feed. And when I say feed, I’m talking about the feed that you’re literally feeding your brain. The nutrients, inspiration, and motivation, or lack of, that you’re digesting every day.
How can we be more intentional with what we’re feeding ourselves as it comes to our social media feeds?
This is YOUR feed, so let’s make sure what you’re feeding yourself is done with intention and purpose as it relates to your future self and the qualities that you want to embody.
I’m sharing these 3 steps and ideas to help you do this:
- Unfollow or mute the accounts that no longer light you up. That are draining you and no longer feeding you
- Choose your intention for social media
- Now that you know how you want to feel after closing the app, youre going to start to follow accounts that align with that
