The focus of this 1-on-1 business coaching is to build a foundation for your brand, personal brand, and business. We will narrow in on the specific tools you need at each step to transform your brand and business to be truly yours: to love it, hug it and watch it grow in the way you intend.
We’ll dive into:
1.) Your Brand Essence
When you discover your brand essence, you’ll know what qualities show up every time you walk into a room and how to bring those qualities to every touchpoint of your brand. We’ll also discover the importance of a brand experience and how yours will look.
Finding your brand essence is what will enable you to build a brand that’s uniquely yours with virtually no competition.
2.) Your Brand Strategy
We’ll be taking a step back from all the “what” parts of your brand, and get deep into the “why.” Your why is the single most important element that sets you and your business apart.
We’ll discover your why through goal setting, future planning, and project design, which will provide you with the inner compass that directs you through every decision you make for your brand and business to support your vision.
3.) Your Target Audience
Your people, your wolfpack, your super fans, your tribe, whatever you call them, they’re a group of people you need to know inside and out.
What makes them listen? Why should they care? Where do they spend their time? How can you meet them right where they are?
We’ll find the answers to these questions and discover how you can continually provide them with the best experience through real techinques, making them fiercely loyal to your brand.
4.) Your Brand Message
Your brand message is how you show up to your target audience visually and verbally. With each meeting, we’ll continue to build off of the things we learn and create actionable steps.
Knowing your brand message all stems from knowing your target audience. Here you’ll learn how to communicate with your target audience in the language they need to see, hear and feel to be captivated.
5.) Your Most Valuable Resources
Now that we’ve laid the foundation, we will create an actionable plan to meet your goals. You can go forth with creating the tangible elements of your brand that aligns with your business vision and speaks directly to your target audience.
